Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026 · Energy Market Pulse LLC

Energy Market Pulse LLC (“EMP,” “we,” “us”) operates energymarketpulse.com and related research products. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact you send us. If you email [email protected] (or another EMP address), we receive the address and content of that message so we can respond and, if you ask, set up a subscription or teaser delivery.
Subscription / billing details. When you subscribe to a paid product, we (or our payment processor) collect the information needed to invoice and deliver access — typically name, business email, and payment instructions. We prefer ACH / bank transfer; card checkout may be offered later.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not use these logs to build marketing profiles.
